Insulated Cavity Closers ZCC/ZCR Range

Performs the dual role of insulating the window / door opening to Part L of the Building Regulations and meets damp proofing requirements of Part C.

- Complies with Building Regulations Part L.
- Eliminates cold bridging.
- Suitable for cavities from 50mm to 100mm.
- Provides damp proof barrier between inner and outer.
- Suitable for use with timber, metal and PVCu window and doors.

ZCC Frame Former range:

Performs the dual role of insulating the window / door opening to Part L of the Building Regulations and meets damp proofing requirements of Part C, and is factory assembled as either 3 or 4 sided formers for quick and easy installation.

- Insulated cavity closer, dpc and frame former in one.
- Second fix or snap-in for all window types.
- Can be delivered to site flat packed or pre-assembled.
- Suitable for cavities from 50mm to 130mm.
